How Foundation Garden & Trees looks after the details you send us.
What we collect
When you send the quote or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, town or postcode, the type of work you need and your message about the job.

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to give you a quote. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interests in running the business, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is sent through FormSubmit, the form and email service this website uses, and is stored in our website database provided by Lovable Cloud. Your details are never sold or shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and for up to two years where we need a record of quoted work.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how they are used. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
