Emergency work focuses first on making the area safe: removing hanging branches, clearing a blocked drive or lifting a fallen trunk off a fence or roof. Once that is done, there may be follow-up work, such as tidying the remaining tree, grinding a stump or replacing a damaged fence, which can be quoted separately and booked in at a normal time.
